Question - Can you roast pears and hold them in the refrigerator for 24 hours? Want to make this

I would think that the cooked pears would be ok, but the walnuts would get mushy.

Unless you added the walnuts just before serving. You probably were going to do just that, though! I'd say yes. 'Sounds good!
