Question for Pat, or anyone who has made the coconut cilantro rice

The liquid is 4 cups to one cup rice, I think I remember it coming out a bit soupy last time I made it. Is the liquid dead on right? I used texas basmati last time, but do have the brown basmati for tonight. Would the type of rice affect the outcome? Can you tell I don't make rice much? smileys/smile.gif
