Question, I'm having company for brunch and would like to make the bacon with brown sugar but can't

locate the recipe. I googled and found one where you bake the bacon after sprinkling brown sugar and cinnamon on it, bake at 350 for 20 min.. Do you have another suggestion, or is this the standard recipe? Thank you!

Barb - this was the result of my experiments with different sugars...

and it all works but I found the texture of the combination worked very nice. But if I had to go just one, I would definitely use just brown sugar - liked it much better than the turbinado by itself.

 
Thanks for the tip Missy. I won't use the turbinado. Did you bake it about 30 min?

 
I wasn't watching the clock so I am not sure but it seemed like a long time

I have been having a little trouble with my oven lately. I need to get it checked out but I don't think it's working right - it might be just some air in the gas lines because it's like someone is turning the gas on and off. Either that or something is stopped up.
