Question, I'm making meringues for mousse dessert, will they hold overnight

in the refrigerator or should I leave them out? I want to make the dessert the day before and put it together an hour before we eat. Thanks.

 
I was afraid of the moisture in the fridge too, but it is humid here and I was

concerned about that also. The tin idea is good, now I need to find one. Thanks Marilyn.
