Question on Cathy Z's larb. I love PF Chang's lettuce wraps and I'm thinking these

are similar. (Am I wrong?) I want to add the crunchy noodles to the larb but don't know what kind they are. Do you think this would be a nice addition or don't mess with the recipe? If I do put them in...any idea what kind of noodles and do I fry them first or what.

Just read over the post and it sounds kind of mixed up-like me- but I'm too tired to change it.

I would think they might be chow mein noodles or the white one you fry

I think they are call mafia something like that( orange pkg). I am making tonight adding waterchestnuts and maybe some ginger.
