question on dehydrator

Jane, I belong to a food drying group; just this weekend 2 people were
complaining that their Nesco broke down too prematurely and that the customer service stunk! Both said they were ordering Excalibur
That's what I have. It has serviced me well and I wouldn't have any other.

Back when I was looking ...
At VM's I ran across many who had dehydrators and in my readings pretty much all said Excalibur was the preferred choice.
