The recipe says "1/2 cup cake and pastry flour"
Does that mean:
1/2 cup cake flour
AND
1/2 cup pastry flour
or is that Cake/Pastry flour the same thing, hence 1/2 cup (cake) flour, total.
I'm confused. Was thinking about making this for Easter brunch but 1/2 cup flour in the wrong direction can make a big difference...
Any thoughts?
