Questions re: Pat's Zucchini bread. Is the crushed pineapple drained? Zucchini peeled?

When I made this last summer, I drained it first

but let's see what Pat advises. It is a wonderful recipe!

 
Great rec... I drain the pineapple also; Depends on the zuc if I peel. My FIL's were so tender I

did not peel the zuch, but some at the farm stand last year were a lil hearty; so opted to peel.
I also roast the nuts; just cause I like the flavor

Thanks...I drained the pineapple, peeled the zucchini and forgot the oil. Ya...I'll write about

later after I calm down a bit. Hopefully rescued it, but won't know until I taste the finished baked product.

you can't. And for the longest time I didn't drain the pineapple but now I do drain off some of the excess liquid, but I don't go crazy with it.
