Quick cook & holiday friendly: Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic-Cranberry Sauce

One christmas eve I found out about 4pm suddenly I was hosting the family holiday dinner that night. This recipe filled the bill quite nice. Yummy, with a holiday flare from the cranberry sauce, which made for a nice presentation--and real quick and easy to make when you are pressed for time.
