Randi, what did you end up making for movie night?

we haven't had it yet, life got in the way smileys/frown.gif I have made the shrimp

in bacon and we were very happy. I tried the same recipe with sea scallops and it wasn't great. I have the little onions and hope to get to them this weekend, before they sprout. I need to get going on a few more of the recipes posted too.

it will probaly be at least a couple of weeks before we get to chill out infront of the tube together. my friends have company this weekend and leave for a road trip on monday.

the bright side is I'll get to try a few more recipes and maybe we'll get the rest of the living room wall painted. it's only half done and sure looks interesting.... "-))

did you get the bulbs in? are still perky?

I still have 3 ft of snow. Bulbs will be potted and kept in garage

till I can plant in May. (((thanks)))

Served the prosciutto and Gruyere pinwheels at my party last fri. Big hit! They were gone fast!

Ang, just wanted to thank you for the reminder. I went back to the thread and there are so

many good recipes there. I'm going to try pat's mushrooms and Music City Missy's latkes this weekend. some of the shrimp ones are easy enough for weeknights. also, I haven't rumaki in.... like forever! want to make some for the taste and the memories.

thanks sweetie!

they are good Barb! and soooo easy. they were a big hit when Marg posted the recipe

way back when. try them with a nice, thinly sliced ham and fontina sometime.... heaven!
