Ratios, please, for cinnamon sugar using turbino sugar

Could you please suggest ratios for this mixture? I'm using it to top cookies before that go into the oven.

I looked it up on the internet but did not find anything. Why not just make it to taste?

Try toasting a slice of bread, add butter to the slice, cut into strips, sprinkle on some cinnamon suger. If not enough cinnamon, add more.
