I made this with pounded chicken breasts and this was sooooo easy and sooo beautiful! I would serve it to my most talented friends. the only thing different that I did was forget to get the named cheese, so I just broiled fresh parmesan on top. VERY yummy. Sides were simply rice cooked in ch broth and steamed (not roasted as I did not want to do extra dishes) broccoli. Once again, the colors were beautiful.
