Did anyone else get inadequate reduction of the cream? I didn't notice that issue in the reviews. My squash weighed almost 5 lbs so I made a double recipe in a glass 9x13. Perhaps double the squash just doesn't require double the cream. Perhaps my nice fresh farmer's market squash contributed to the liquid. It still tasted very good and made the list for Thanksgiving. I'll just use a bit less cream as I feel like I could add more when I add the cheese if it seems dry.
