posted on 6/2/2007 and they are fabulous. I doubled the recipe and used a lg. cookie sheet. They are about an inch thick. Crisp on top and chewy centers. Everyone loved them. I just took a little taste, as I am trying not to eat too many goodies. I did make one mistake though. The recipe called for 1 egg and 1 egg yolk and I accidentally used the whites instead of the yolk. I do not think it made that much of a difference. I got 55 bars at 185 Cals. each, by doubling the recipe. Next time I will try the cookies. Didn't feel like "putchkying" with the cookies this time. LOL
