Reba's favorite: Granola and Maple Whole Wheat Loaf

1 1/4 c. water

2 1/2 c. bread flour (can use regular)

1/2 c. whole wheat flour

1/3 c. granola (or 7 grain cereal flakes, or Muesli Swiss Cereal)

2 T. brown sugar

2 T. pure maple syrup

2 T. oil

1/4 tsp. maple extract (optional)(OK to leave this out)

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 c. dried cranberries

2 tsp. dry yeast

Place ingredients in bread pan in order above or as directed by manufacturer. Place on a regular, full cycle (NOT a rapid rise cycle). Remove when baked.

Note: This makes toast and French toast to die for!!!
