I don't usually have the capability to "throw something together" in the food category, but here is something I made last night gathered from several sources) that was delicious!
Asian Spinach Salad
Dressing:
2T soy
2T lemon juice concentrate (or fresh)
2T vegetable oil
1t sugar
1T mandarin orange syrup from can
Mix together and pour over salad of:
fresh spinach garnished with
mandarin oranges
sliced radishes
slivered almonds
toasted sesame seeds
Enjoy!
