Ingredients for about 16 slices:
1 package (300 g) frozen puff pastry
300 g celery
2 peppers (red and yellow)
Salt, cayenne pepper
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
150 g feta or feta cheese
75 g almonds
375 g ground beef
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
5 tablespoons bread crumbs
1-2 stalks of mint
300 g whole milk yogurt
about 1 teaspoon curry
Preparation:
1. Thaw dough. Wash and clean celery and peppers. Slice celery, and bell pepper into small cubes. Blanch in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain.
