It's funny - for decades I've only made brisket one way - in beer, chili sauce and broth
and I love it! My husband thinks it's just 'alright' (everyone else loves it and we have a gang of 15-20 that move in with us 2 to 3 weekends a year and I think they might riot if I didn't prepare the brisket this way. They request it for each visit) but he loved this one!
