E evan Well-known member Apr 23, 2013 #4 Oat flour and rice flour are not low carb. Gluten free is not synonomus with low carb, as many seems to think. But the buckwheat cuts the amount of carbs in the recipe because it has more protein than regular flour.

M michael-in-phoenix Well-known member Apr 23, 2013 #5 What I'm referencing is that 1/6 of the recipe has 60 grams of carbs... ...and 50 grams of fiber. That makes 10 grams of effective carbs. Is that correct? Michael
