This is from Baking Bites and it is really good. DH is enjoying it this week for breakfast. It is not very sweet so don't be surprised.

(I brought a loaf to work and they politely requested something with chocolate chips next time, I brought home leftovers.... It was a bit too "healthy" for the work gang.)

My tweaks:

*1C ap flour and 1C white whole wheat flour

*non-fat milk in place of the soy milk

*added about 1/2 C chopped walnuts

Enjoy!

I'd suggest you replace the workers...

not what you bring them!

I bring anything home baked to work and I have to practically jump back as I put it on the counter.

We have a fairly large office, with a central "cafe" area, which is where food is put. It doesn't take folks long to come find me, even if I have not identified myself as the donor.

I bring the recipes, because I know I will be asked for them.

Time between leaving a tray of baked goodies and having only crumbs left is about 2 hours. (Unless it's around lunch time, in which case it's reduced to 15 minutes)

Judy, you are so right!! You are very lucky to have a gang that

enjoys your treats.

There is not one other person in my office who will bake , only very rarely will anyone ask for a recipe. But I love to bake and can't possibly eat all that comes out of the oven!
