REC Bow-Tie Barbeque Salad

One of the best pasta salads I've ever had:

1 lb bow-tie (farfalle) pasta

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup barbeque sauce (I like the garlic-flavored type)

1 small can corn, drained

red or green (or both) sweet pepper, diced

1 small can sliced black olives

1/2 tsp (or to taste) cayenne pepper

2 tomatoes, chopped

Boil and drain pasta and set aside.

While pasta is cooking, combine other ingredients (except for tomatoes) and whisk together. Add in pasta, and top with chopped tomatoes.

Garnish with parsley or minced green onion if desired. Serve and keep leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
