This showed up in the last Gourmet and it is very good- I have a very similar recipe but
using dried apricots instead of prunes. Prunes or apricots with pork makes a wonderful, tender and tasty result. I am happy for the reminder because I have a nice pork loin in the freezer and company coming next week. I will try this recipe with the prune stuffing. Thanks for posting this, Marg.
