1-1/2 pints vanilla ice cream
1/2 c brandy
1/2 c brown creme de cacao
1/2 c sweetened whipped cream
nutmeg
Place six parfait glasses in the freezer until frosty.
Assemble each parfait as follows:
1 small dip ice cream
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp creme de cacao
1 small dip ice cream
2 tsp brandy
1 tsp creme de cacao
1 small dip ice cream
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp creme de cacao
Freeze firm. allow to stand at room temp 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish ea. parfait with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg
I have not made this but if I do I would not use nutmeg...I would definitely use chocolate shaving or cocoa powder
