Thank, Clofthwld - the short ribs look good. The ragout too!...

Strange though, last time I went to the grocery store, I couldn't find beef ribs, only pork - are they difficult to find or was it that particular store?

Dawn, I had to go to a butcher for the short ribs. I can't find them in the grocery store either.

It really is very good.
