Rec: Soy Lime Dipping Sauce. I forgot to post this link and it's

a big flavor so don't skip it. It's delicious but I only used 1 Thai bird chili because those babies are fire!

Good idea but maybe I would add a little of the dipping sauce

into the meat mixture. Couldn't hurt.

I used ground pork because that's what I had on hand and it was perfect.
