I just made these last night and they're very good. I used almonds instead of macadamias, reduced the sugar by 25%, and cut down the salt. (I needed to let the cookies cool on the sheets at least 5 minutes instead of the 1 minute as indicated - otherwise, they fell apart).http://www.recipezaar.com/76580

 
I've been eating a few of these every night - it's hard to stop - they're very addictive!

 
Oh definitely. Chocolate, nuts, butter - I just can't understand why I've been gaining weight lately
