This was very good, I didn't have a grill, so
I made the marinade, and cooked it some of that, I didn't have time to marinade it at all.
1/2 cup of oil is plenty. I looked at that 3/4 cup, and thought it was too much for the other amount of ingredients, also, it didn't come out as pretty of a green as in the picture.
I served the breasts on a bed of caramelized onions, and sprinked sweetened shrredded coconut over it all. I think if the coconut was toasted it would have been even better.
