RECIPE:
These sound great. You can definitely use the sweetened coconut - no need to rinse. The

result will be a little sweeter, of course, but not overly so. It will also be a little more moist. If you want to keep the sugar down, use bittersweet instead of semisweet chocolate.

 
There's no added sugar to the above recipe, so I suggested using bittersweet chocolate instead

of semi-sweet.
