Rec. Coconut Lentil Soup

Marsha, with the tweaks some of them made, they almost ended up with Mulligatawny with Lentils--

I think you made this before?
Note on red lentils, they are really beautiful, almost a bright orange, but they cook quicker than the brown. Would not be a problem since that soup is blended, but I like to see them a bit.
I made it twice with red ones this summer and the second time, cooked them separate so they would not be mush.
