Rec. Coconut Pound Cake

1-1/2 c butter

3 c sugar

6 eggs

1/2 tsp coconut extract

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

3 c flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

8 oz sour cream

1 pkg coconut

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well, after each addition. Add flavorings. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream. Fold in coconut.

Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 until done. this will take about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
