I know, they are rare treasures! May I ask you a question about texture....

I must have put in too many whopping big strawberries because the texture was more like coffee cake icing. I added more powdered sugar but it never got fluffy like the instructions said. How fluffy does it get when you make it? It was so good though, it set up so nicely on the white cupcakes and then we also dunked the extra strawberries in it, and drizzled it over our storebought blueberry pound cake... mmm!

 
It takes 7 medium (about 1 to 1 1/4 inches long)

The texture should be like regular icing. It usually takes 7 medium-sized strawberries. If you have larger ones, don't use as many. What I do is cut them into pieces and add them one at a time until the texture is right. I beat it quite a bit too.
