I know, they are rare treasures! May I ask you a question about texture....
I must have put in too many whopping big strawberries because the texture was more like coffee cake icing. I added more powdered sugar but it never got fluffy like the instructions said. How fluffy does it get when you make it? It was so good though, it set up so nicely on the white cupcakes and then we also dunked the extra strawberries in it, and drizzled it over our storebought blueberry pound cake... mmm!
