I had a bag of cauliflower left over from a party and needed to do something with it and whipped this up. It was so good none of us could stop eating it and we finished all of it.

Saute the cauliflower in mustard seed and canola oils until it starts to brown and is crunchy tender. (I covered between stirs).

Add fresh chopped garlic to your tastes (I did 6 cloves). Continue tossing and stirring to cook the garlic.

Sprinkle on masala powder (of sub your favorite curry). Thrown in a handful of cashews, toss and remove to a bowl.

Squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon over hot cauliflower, salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle on tahini out of the jar and throw on a handful of chopped cilantro and some chopped, rinsed, and drained red onion (that's what I had, I would use green onion next time if planning and having it on hand).

Give it another toss to coat, add more masala or curry powder to adjust seasonings if needed and it's ready.

This is a great side. It paired well with grilled chicken. I could also see it stuffed into pita bread for a sandwich, chilled and served as a salad, or pureed and served as a party/sandwich spread.

Everyone's requesting this one again so I'm getting more cauliflower. LOL

PS: On vacation, so computer time is limited.
