RECIPE:
Here's another quick and delicious asparagus appetizer.

Asparagus Appetizers (Asparagus Pesto)

1 pound asparagus
1 cup chopped pistachios (walnuts or other nuts)
2 cloves garlic
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Cook asparagus until tender. Rinse under cold water. With motor running in food processor, gradually add oil and cheese and the rest of ingredients. Spread on French bread and plop 1 stalk (just the top) in middle of each. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
