Sauteed Calf's Liver With Bacon and Radicchio

I used Applewood Smoked bacon.

I had no radicchio, so substituted red cabbage. Be sure to cook the cabbage until it is very tender.

I used a 1-lb. package of frozen calf's liver, that contained 4 slices, so I think the slices were a little thicker than 1/4". Two minutes on each side, medium high heat, the liver was browned outside, but still deliciously pink inside.
