As much as RR drives me nuts - I do love her magazine. We loved this recipe! although I modified it a bit:

- I used a mixture of shitake and button mushrooms (couldn't find cremini). When I went to cook them I didn't turn them for about 4 minutes so that they started to brown - so much more flavor that way.

- I added some finely chopped sundried tomatoes

- I added sausauge

Definitely a keeper dish!
