This Banana Bread is so simple! Just use a whisk, and you will have a moist, delicious treat. I've made it four times, and it turned out perfect every time.
Mash the bananas first, before adding them to the batter. An 8 x 5 pan is too small, it will overflow. My 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 pan is a better size. Add walnuts, and you could add blueberries, dusted with flour, too.
Toasted with butter, a wonderful breakfast!
