1 box (16 oz) elbow macaroni

3 cups broccoli flowerets

1 cup diced red pepper

3 cans (6 oz each) tuna, drained

3/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives

1 cup Italian salad dressing (prepared)

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, blanch broccoli flowerets in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.

Add all ingredients together and toss. Makes about 10 servings.
