Recipe of the Week by Weber and I think the steak sauce looks mighty good!
Although I'm not keen on having steak sauce with a good medium-rare steak (I like mine unadulterated), I googled for some ideas (see Image link). I like the idea of adding to burger meat. The sauce keeps for a month and I wonder if there are more uses out there?
