Made this last night (not the cukes) and, with a bit of tweeking, hubby and I loved it

Ginger-Garlic Fire Cod

1) We used tilapia because that's what we had in the freezer - will definitely make it with cod in the future although the tilapia worked beautifully
2) I added 2 tsp. of honey to the sauce - wasn't crazy over it (too strong) without it.

I also bought the Calabrian chili paste on Amazon.
