These are beautiful and look really "Christmassy". Simply warm sliced garlic in some olive oil until it is nicely flavored then remove garlic slices. Put a thin layer of the oil in the bottom of a shallow dish-white looks pretty. Stuff a good-sized spoonful of goat cheese in each pepper and arrange on oil in dish, turning each over so that both sides are coated with oil. Warm in a 300 degree oven for ten to fifteen minutes until heated through and cheese is softened. Sprinkle with minced parsley. Serve with good bread to soak up the peppery garlic oil. I like to spoon bites of the pepper & cheese on the bread. If you laid an olive at the fat end of each pepper the would almost look like red Christmas light bulbs. One of my favorite tapas at Cafe Madrid here in Dallas.

Thanks Melissa, they often have these at Cosco, and I am at a loss on how to use so many.Great idea

Can or jar either one. Central Market has them on their olive bar.

Spanish ones in a jar were the nicest I've bought but these were canned and very good as well.
