O.K. I have read this recipe several times, I made the mojo, good stuff, but the recipe doesn't say

when you use it??? In the final paragraph. it is implied you use it along with the glaze?
At first I thought it was a marinade? Other mojos I have are?
Anyway, I brushed it on a tuna steak and broiled it, yummy!
Didn't do glaze, will later, but just felt like the tuna would be good that way tonight.
Thanks, thinking this would be good with shrimp too.

Good point - I didn't notice that. Maybe we should ask the poster in the Comments section

on his site. Glad it worked well with the tuna. Did you marinate it first or just brush it on right before broiling?. I agree - it would be great with shrimp also.
