RECIPE: REC: Grilled Pork with Raspberry Sauce

Serves 4

1 medium garlic clove, finely chopped

5 tbsp seedless raspberry jam

1 tbsp Grand Marnier

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1-1/3 lb pork loin chops, pork tenderloin or tenderloin cutlets

Preheat grill and lightly oil the grate. Meanwhile, in a lightly oiled small saucepan over medium-low heat, saute garlic for 1 to 2

minutes. Add jam, Grand Marnier, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Reduce until alcohol has evaporated and sauce coats the back of a spoon.

Grill pork, turning once, until internal temperature registers 160 deg F on an instant-read meat thermometer. Let sit for 5 minutes

before serving. Top with sauce.
