RECIPE: REC: Grilled Romaine Salad with Roasted Garlic Dressing

RECIPE:
I made this last night, well, the dressing anyway. it comes out of the processor

looking like mayo. I didn't grill the romain as hip is still out a bit and I just couldn't fuss. I used it like a ceasar dressing and added some anchovies and grated parm. it makes a nice dressing but if your lettuce is cold the dressing should be room temp.

next time, I'll grill the romaine. it would also be good on other grilled or roasted greens. it's definately a keeper for us smileys/smile.gif
