RECIPE: REC: Hazelnut Pesto Fish. I was surprised how much I liked this pesto.

I made this last night to bake on Arctic char.

I did it the easy way: I used packaged ground hazelnuts, added chopped cilantro, garlic and olive oil. The pesto was terrific, although I do love hazlenuts.

I'm going to look for alternate uses for the pesto.
