RECIPE:
I've made it with buttermilk (marinating for about 2 hours) and I love it too. Yes, thanks Dawn!

(Wrapped in aluminum foil, it's pretty good on the grill, too.)

 
I am glad you both liked it. It is from Jane Brody's Good Food cookbook.

I can't find my copy of it right now, but I have cooked a few things out of it and liked them.
