1 whole fresh pineapple

24 orange sections, fresh

12 strawberries, fresh

3 c celery, 1/4" dices

1 c salad dressing or mayonnaise

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

2# turkey bread or chicken, 3/4" dice

1 tsp ground ginger

3/4 c. sliced almonds

Combine salad dressing, seasoned salt and ginger, toss with sliced almonds, turkey and diced celery.

Cut pineapple into quarters, leaving leaves attached to ea. quarter. Core and pare into 1" cubes.

Place pineapple rind into bottom of oblong dish. Spoon 1/4 of salad mixture into pineapple rind.

Arrange pineapple cubes around outside top area. Cover top of salad with 6 orange slices and 3 strawberries.
