Low-Fat Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup packed pumpkin

2 egg whites - whipped

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 1/2 cup unbleached flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon cloves

3 cup rolled oats

1 cup raisins

1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Prepare baking sheet with

cooking spray.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin and egg whites. In another

mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon,

nutmeg, cloves, oats, and raisins.

3. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.

4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, 2" apart.

5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until they seem firm.

Could someone calculate the fiber in these? They sound like

a tasty treat, only I need the fiber count to calculate points.

And I making the leap that the nutritional info is for the total recipe.

 
Here you go Mar. I calculated it for the whole recipe since

there is no serving size indicated. 40 grams and 647 grams of carbs.
