RECIPE: REC: Mascarpone and White Chocolate Dip for Fruit

I haven't made this yet but what's not to like:)

6 oz. chopped white chocolate

½ cup whipping cream

Melt the chocolate with the cream in a medium metal bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Remove the bowl from water and let the chocolate cool to room temperature.

½ cup whipping cream

8 oz. mascarpone cheese

1 tsp. vanilla extract

In another medium bowl, whisk above 3 ingredients until blended and smooth. Fold melted chocolate into mascarpone. Serve.
