Mayak Eggs aka 마약계란 aka drug eggs (name coined by the Korean internet)
Super easy, so good with rice, stays good for a week. My sister gchatted me the way she does it:
Get a container
Soy sauce - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Minced garlic - 1-2 cloves
Sesame seeds - sprinkle in
jalapeno peppers and scallion cut up
then dunk the peeled eggs in there
and in a few hours good to eat
when you put on rice you can drizzle a little sesame oil on it
or not, i prefer not
