This recipe has been in my to try pile for quite a while. Someone here may have posted the link, I can't remember how I found it. Anyway, it has a TBL of curry powder in it. Now, I am NOT a curry lover, that is of the McCormick type curry. I usually avoid curry. However, there is a bottle of Muchi Curry Powder from Whole Foods in my cupboard so I used it. I have to tell you this is one of the best zucchini breads I have ever made! It doesn't "taste" curry but I am not sure if that is because of the kind of curry I used or that 1T almost disappears in this recipe.
